Two-component adhesive TOPGUM TL-T70


The splicing of fabric conveyor belts. Cold repairs of fabric and steel-cord belts. Also approved for use in underground. Adhesive itself is black, the hardenerr is coloured in violet , that's why mixing in tin is excellent visible .

Attention! Mix well!

The glue is ready for infliction when uniform colouring is achieved . During use pay attention that the first layer drifted on repaired place completely dries, while the second layer and NILOS TOPGUM layer achieves the maximal adhesive property after 5-10 minutes of drying.


General rule: mix well with hardener and drift uniformly by thin layer:

-Belt ends splicing: lubricate 3 times
-Conveyor belts repair: lubricate 2 times
-Repair material: lubricate ones


NILOS TOPGUM TL-T 70 in tin(1000 g), with hardener in the glass bottle, approved for use by Head Mining Supervision Administration of North Rhine-Westfillen 12.22.41 IV 3.
Glue TL-T 70 (black) with hardener (violet) mix in the tin.

Glue general properties:

-Glue viability after prepair: 2 hours;
-Temperature range: from -40° to +80 °Ñ;
-Use by temperature not lower +8 °Ñ.

Keep in dry place, by temperature approx. 18-20 °Ñ. Serviceable life – 3 years.
