Fabric conveyor belts repair




To join or repair a fabric belt, apart from the vulcanizing solution, uncured material as cover plate, intermediate rubber and fabric is required
The following table gives you an overview of the combinations possible of the individual material with one another.

The vulcanization values meet the requirements of following quality classes:
Cover plate typ D-Gi, intermediate rubber typ Z-Gi quality class X as per DIN 22131, part 1 and DIN 22102, part 1
Cover plate typ D-Gi-V, intermediate rubber typ Z-Gi-V, self-extinguishing and anti-static quality class K and DIN 22131, part 1.
Cover plate typ D-Gi-NBR, intermediate rubber typ Z-Gi-NBR quality class X as per DIN 22131, part 1, or DIN 22102, part 1.
Cover plate typ D-Gi-NBR, uncured, oil-grease-resistant. Colour: black. Elastomer: NBR, CR.
Density: 1,23 g/cm3. Hardness: 65±5 Sh A. abrasion: 110 mm3.
