Dress the metal surface until it glitters before you drift the primer on it, rough with abrasion disks and degrease with T type solvent if need. Drift on surface a thin layer, but metal must be covered completelyl. Dry up after drifting (60 minutes). Used by temperature not lower +8 +10С. By temperature lower +15 +18С drying up time must be proportionally increased to 90-120 minutes, but no more than 120 minutes. After SH layer must be coverd by TL-T70 glue layer.
