Filtration directly at a dust source
Combined loading device with tanks and lorries filling ability. The L.D is equipped with stirring up vibrator for cleadning of the setted dust before lifting in the top position, and also L.D is equipped with filtrational device with filter plates regeneration by air pressure,so called JET-purge.

L.D massive execution for the most difficult application. Unloading of a brown coal large dust. The dust is filled from 10m geight and fallas on an opebed area, thus dust particles get into enviroment. Internal arch consist of sliding tubesof "Hardbox" material.

NZO-0-T-6-3L-VE-R
The most massive loading device execution for a brown coal large dust unloading with productivity to 1000t/h. Internal arch consist of a sliding tubes of "Hardbox" material. Loading device is placed on a reversive transporter of an unloading cart which moves on an axis of the unloading bridge. For completely automatic warehousing of coal on the platform. Loading device is supplied with anti-drift gauge, device actual height gauge over the platform, material level gauge for loading device automatic lifting, also L.D is equipped with lateral contact gaugesfor contact with a platform at moving on a certain place for unloading, and safety gauges in case of collision with an obstacle.


Loading device is in accordance to ISO 14001 in practice.


Loading device with a mobile platform


Two loading devices for lorries and cisterns loading are placed on a mobile platform frame with driving gear. Operator chooses loading regime on a control panel. After that device moves into position which corresponds with chosen loading method.


Mobile platform is alternative for:
- two loading devices for opened and closed loading
- loading device for combined loading


Advantages:

- lower loading modules trade-off ability

- оvery effective packing with transporter's loading funnel

- both devices are equipped with cable deflection gauge

- relocation is limited by two working and two emergency gauges

- mobile platform driving gear's electric cable is placed in the flexible cable-tunnel, which provides long terms of cable life.

- mobile platform frame position is defined by gauge, mounted into driving-gear mechanism

- mobile platform is able to relocate over the passage sideview

- Framed carrying steel construction

- electric motor for lifting ( electric motor, auger reducer, cable box))

- lengthwise relocation electric motor (electric motor, auger reducer, toothed batten)

- electrical control panel


Cisterns loading homing system


Loading system with automatic pickup consist of two auger transporters, loading device and mobile cart.


Auger transporters are connected by rotary flange providing their turn concerning each other. Loading device is attached to driven cart for relocation in legthwise and cross plains.


With the help of this technical decision loading is possible even at transport arrangement in arbitrary place of loding zone. Loading device automatically picks loading holes of cisterns.

Grand scopes

Hennlich loading device total mass is about 10t. All it's parts which are in touch with transported material are made of stainless stell 1.4571. This prevents the explosion at explosive materials loading. The device lets to load up to 70 000kg of friable material per minute. The spade rotates thanking on axial bearing with own electric motor.



Cable wiring to spade's gear is placed in energetic chain.



Bearings are equipped with automatic oiling system.



Winch electric motor is sertified for application in explosive sones and can be used in a highly explosive enviroment.



Transportation accuracy of a friable material into a freight room is provided by spade, which scatters material at angle of 3600
From one point it covers 350 m2


Pocket filters for loading devices regeneration with the help of air pressure


Filtrational device

Filtrational device is equiped with sintered laminar filtering elements with long exploitation term. This filtrational surface execution is guided by patent. Filter construction with laminar plates of thermoplast mixture and polyteflon superficail layer lets to filter only with surface. Dust particles do not penetrate into a filter, that's why the filter will never be dusted. Cleaning by air impulses under pressure provides constabt air resistance of the filter. For explosive enviroment filter can be equiped with membranes or HRD explosion suppression elements.


Benefits:
- Filtrational plates heve 3 times bigger filtering surface than usual filters. This makes loading device more compact.
- Filter cleaning with compressed air is automatic. This reduces the expences of technical service and filtering elements replacement.
- excellent filtrational properties of sintered laminar filters let to return a clean air back in work space.

Exploitation:
Filtrational device is applied for local aspiration of dusted places, for example: transporter overloading points or aspiration nearby the loading devices by loading of cisterns, lorries, ships, carriages and so on.

Water cannons


Water cannons are applied for dustiness lowering and reducing of dust particles escape rom opened areas, where friable materials are stored. Also water cannons can be applied in friable materials overloading points, for example^ from belt conveyors, this is salutary for enviroment.

Water cannon action fundations are based on water, which flows through special atomizers under big pressure and pulverizes into a mist, which binds dust particles, making them harder so that the particles are going down. Water cannon fan with air flow directs the mist on a dust origin place.

Water cannon consist of a fan, diffuser and atomizer, which are placed on a round frame. Water cannons are constructed so that they can be immovably fixed on a chosen place and fix them in a horizontal position.

Water cannons can be equiped with a rotary frame and manually or with help of a control system with servodrive direct the mist in a certain place with taking into account power and direction of a wind.
