STG-FW - Mounting solution for hot vulcanization of conveyor belts is used like auxiliary facility
to increase surface adhesiveness.
Applied for mine and general industry belts splicing.
| Application sheet: |
| -lubricate the cords by the solution twice, after each lubrication let to dry up well; |
| -lubricate well the lower joint layer and let it to dry up ; |
| - lubricate ones rough surfaces to be spliced and let to dry up; |
| -lubricate well the upper joint layer ones and dry up until it loses the adhesiveness (check by rear palm side )
