NILOS – CS - Cordstripper

Intended for using in works with all types of steel-cord belts of any width and hardness

Developed and intended to clean out steel ropes from rubber and prepare conveyor belts for splicing and repairimg. At one action deletes rubber from steel cords along the full joint length.

	set the belt ends intended for splicing at the work place
	At the prepared ends foundation cut of upper and lower rubber facing on 100mm width. After, using the stripper mechanism start to clean off the rubber from cord ropes.
	Release from rubber executes from rope to rope at one action keeping unimportant rubber layer, which is apt for easy roughing and good vulcanization with new rubber.
