for applications subject to especially high ammounts of wear , ceramic elements made of alumina are vulcanized into a shock-absorbent rubber mat.
the segment plates can be vulcanized cold to steel surfaces due to the additional contact layer on the bottom side of the rubber mat.
ceramic parts are also available without rubber layers.

Features RK:

- underside of the vulcanized mat with contact layer to be used with adhesives.

Applications RK:

-lining in mining in particular, e.g. in coal handling and tretment
-in glass works
-chutes and slides, even in case of sliding dry friction
-at high temperatures or extremely corrosive media

-all-purpose weatherproof wear protection laggings

-protection afainst noise and corrosion;

-prevention from backin on of materials.

Features RM:

-excellent water-repelling properties, backing-on or freezing-on of the conveyed bulk materials will be prevented

-optimal sliding properties and self lubricating characteristics;

-high impact strength even at sub-zero temperatures

-resistant to chemicals;

-excellent noise-supressing properties.

Applications RM:

-cladding in mining in particular, e.g in coal handling and treatment;

-at high impact loads and alternating stresses with high impact loads;

-lining in the case of damp or watery conveyed goods;

-chutes and slides, even in case of sliding dry friction;

-at extremely corrosive media.
